Future R&D:
Our focus for the last year has been on rebuilding DBS as a web application that can be set up and used in a hybrid fashion, allowing our client’s in-house systems to link with the DBS Hub and share resources to avoid downtime or connectivity issues. It will also allow a multitude of new reporting and monitoring features and dashboards on mobile and web platforms, to help you manage KPIs.
The software will be sold as “Software as a Service” so you only pay for what you use and should allow the product to scale with the client’s growth (in some cases it will still be sold as a single in-house deployment with online options instead).
